The FTWOODS Construction Team employs a method that works, accurately and reliably throughout the course of a project.

First, we work with the Owner and Design Professional or Design Consultants to define the basic project concepts. This information is used to produce a conceptual estimate, which after review by the Team is used to create a target budget.

As the design proceeds, the target budget is used to keep the Team focused on the budgetary limits for the project that can only be exceeded by the Owner's directive. All costs are tracked and plotted from initial budget through final GMP.

FTWOODS Construction views both Pre-Construction Services and Construction Phase Services as critical to the ultimate success of a building program. We provide services designed to save the Client money, and time, and to set the quality standards expected by the Client.

FTWOODS Construction will participate as an important TEAM member in advising on site use and improvements, material selections, building components, equipment, and project coordination.

Our Management Team will make recommendations on methods of construction, material and labor availability, cost factors involving alternate design and materials, and budgets and economics. Services that range from plan submission for permits, through value engineering, jobsite administration, and close-out services, are all part of a successful project.
