FTWOODS Construction Services, Inc. was founded by Todd Woods in the State of Texas in October of 1989. Since incorporating, FTWOODS Construction has served clients in Central Texas as a Design Builder, Construction Manager and General Contractor.

In 1989, the focus of FTWOODS Construction was primarily in Healthcare facility project management. Word of mouth recommendations, and a reputation for not simply meeting but exceeding the expectations of clients, has fueled the growth of FTWOODS Construction into more and more areas of the industry.

Today the company's base of accomplished and professional experience includes healthcare, education, automotive, industrial, manufacturing, retail, office, and institutional projects.

We believe that the greatest testament to the quality of our service and our commitment to client satisfaction over the years is the fact that our clients have repeatedly continued to use us for new work. In our sixteen year relationship with the Georgetown Hospital and the Georgetown Healthcare System, we have completed in excess of twenty projects, ranging from $100K to over $12M.
